Spares and upgrades for BMX

Most of what you need to keep a BMX rolling, and plenty to make it better. Many parts come straight off our C1 completes, so a C1 rider can replace like for like.

Cockpit

Handlebars from the C1 bars (8.5-inch rise) to the heat-treated Sanko 4130 chromoly H1 and RT1 bars. Soft-compound grips with sealed ends, so no bar ends needed. The RT1 stem is a tall 6061-T6 top-load with 50mm reach.

Front end and frame

Forks: the heat-treated chromoly F1 and the Sanko 4130 RT1. The S1 Street frame is Sanko Japanese 4130 chromoly in two top-tube lengths. More frames are in Bike Frames.

Wheels and tyres

20-inch BMX wheelsets straight from our C1, with tyres and inner tubes included. The rear takes 12 and 14mm axles using special spacers, on a 9T right-hand-drive cassette. Replacement 20 x 2.3-inch DSI tyres and 20-inch tubes for 1.95–2.35-inch tyres.

Drivetrain

The three-piece crank upgrade kit comes with crank arms, splined axle, Mid bottom bracket and Mid-to-US cups, so it fits most bikes on the market. Plus 25T alloy sprockets, a rear U-brake kit and pedals in 1/2-inch (one-piece cranks) or 9/16-inch (three-piece cranks) threads.

Pegs and seats

14mm 6061-T6 CNC pegs with a conversion kit included. Seat and post combos, including the RT1, are in Bike Seats.

FAQ

Which pedals fit my BMX?

One-piece cranks use a 1/2-inch thread. Three-piece cranks, like those on the C1, use 9/16-inch.

Will the 20-inch wheelset fit my bike?

The front takes a 10mm axle. The rear fits 12 and 14mm axles using special spacers, with a 9T right-hand-drive cassette driver.

Will the three-piece crank kit fit my BMX?

It comes with a Mid bottom bracket and Mid-to-US cups, so it fits our bikes and other entry-level BMX bikes, as well as most bikes on the market.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver across the UK mainland (next working day or standard 3–5 working days), to the USA mainland (3–10 working days) and to the rest of the world (up to 10 working days). EU orders are delivered with all duties and taxes paid, so the price at checkout is the final price.
